T-ART has been working across popular growing platforms such as TikTok, SHEIN and Youtube. Now T-ART US is exploring the opportunities to work with US live stream hosts as we specialize in helping talents get into the latest business trend ---the live-streaming e-commerce.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and ambitious Account Support Manager with a strong drive for client success. The Account Support Manager is the client's advocate and will ensure the client’s needs are heard, acted upon, and resolved. Duties for the Account Support Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships, networking, implementing success programs including setting up clients’ account on TikTok and coordinating live stream shopping and content creation, contributing to sales, and meeting with clients. The Account Support Manager should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience, and handle customer concerns and requests.

Responsibilities for Account Support Manager

  • Review customer concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the client
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Promote an energetic fan base for services and locate brand ambassadors
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best solutions for their needs
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all customer success initiatives
  • Scheduled onsite visits to client locations to review client-success-focused agenda

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or client success position is preferred
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Technical skills are required, familiar with live stream shopping operation
  • Accountability and personal organization skills are essential
  • Experience in collaborating in a diverse group
  • Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products and services and the ability to troubleshoot as needed

Job Type: Full-time
