We're seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team as part of a corporate restructuring. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks. They will be working in a fast-paced office environment on tasks such as updating bookkeeping systems and filing financial reports. The Accounting Clerk will be a valuable asset to the organization and a key component of the company's continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Keep records of transactions and prepare financial reports.
- Solve problems using math skills and the theory of basic accounting.
- Take care of basic accounting activities like filing, bill paying, and record keeping.
- Organize the office files.
- Ensure that checks are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Analyze data in spreadsheets to identify trends and outliers.
- Work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
