Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Summary:

As a member of the Accounts Receivables & Collections team, this role is responsible for effective and efficient processing of accounts receivable functions, including coordination of daily order processing, credit card transactions, bank remittance transactions, invoicing, returned mail management and reconciliations.

You Will:

• Processing AP invoices
• Pre-coding invoices
• Submit invoices to managers for approval to enter each entity in NAV
• Processing and printing checks run once a week
• Preparing and submitting ACH for NAV entities
• Managing Fedex account and submitting for ACH payment
• Posting expensify and Amex in NAV
• Run aging for month end and sign off on smartsheets

Our Benefits:

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting hourly base pay for this role is between $17.54 and $29.24. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
