TUTCO, LLC, a leading manufacturer of heat strips and heating elements, used in the HVAC and Appliance industry has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Manager at their Cookeville, TN facility.

Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals who are self-starters, upbeat and motivated with an excellent work ethic. Candidates must possess the ability to learn quickly and effectively in our highly technical, ever changing, competitive business.

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or finance.
• 3 to 5 years of accounting related experience preferred.
• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role preferred.
• Ability to analyze information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Experience with SyteLine ERP, a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Owning all aspects of the Accounts Receivable process from customer setup to timely collections
• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
• Overall collection and cash application activities
• Timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components
• Review and approval of all customer credit limits
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Prepare documentation for External and Internal Auditors
• Recommend ways to optimize cash flow
• Assist in month end and year end closing procedures.
• Assist with other Accounting functions, as needed.
