Administrative Assistant Job at Innova Electronics Corp
The following are principal duties of the Administrative Assistant:
- Understands the Manager’s vision, company direction, company and department SWOT, and assists the Manager on execution and implementing assigned tasks to achieve company and department’s goals.
- Assists the Manager with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments and meeting; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicates with the general staff on the Manager’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with other department and members of company staff.
- Communicates directly and on behalf of the Manager with other departments, company staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed.
- Conducts research on prospective project and market to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals.
- Drafts reports, letters, PowerPoints, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication for internal and external meetings.
- Supports Manager in his/her external commitments related to the company, including service on external boards, committees, and other groups.
- Processes company’s memberships with other organizations.
- Occasional travel may be necessary to perform required duties.
Additional Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Oversees the training and support of company’s new hires.
- Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting package and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
