Administrative Assistant Job at Orloff Advisors LLC
I am retired with several legal matters and businesses ongoing. I need a part-time assistant to come to my home office and just keep my files in order, my desk organized,correspondence organized and you will work independently.
I am on the board of NAMI-Pinellas
I do consulting work for companies and individuals.
I am a registered investment adviser. RIA
Experience in wealth management, financial analystics, or invesment firms would be valuable.
Excel experience is needed.
So the hours are flexible. The volume of works varies. I need someone who is flexible as sometimes there is a bunch of work and other times there is not too much. And the work is generally not time sensitive. This is not a full-time job. I do want at least once a week and sometimes more.
