Ron Hoover Companies, Inc., with locations all across the state of Texas, is looking to add to its Administrative team in Rockport, TX!
In this position you will be responsible for performing various administrative responsibilities and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day to day operations to ensure compliance, processes and procedures are completed.
- Manage files and documents.
- Fixed Asset tracking.
- Light accounting duties.
- Other duties as apparent or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to interact with team members and employees through email, over the phone and in person.
