We are currently seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant – Entry Level Marketing & General Office, at the Tx:Team Home Office located on the northwest side of Indianapolis, IN. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties in the Marketing Department as well as daily administration functions of the Home Office. Marketing experience is not required - you will get the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in this department. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite platform and programs is required.

The marketing responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials on service lines and various events
• Edit and proofread marketing materials prior to distribution
• Assist with the setup, production, and completion of marketing events and various projects
• Fulfill promotional requests from facilities
• Track customer satisfaction surveys and distribute survey results
• Inventory of marketing items and clothing supply
• Other various duties/special projects as assigned

The administrative responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette, including professional greeting with accurate message recording, and prompt communication of messages
• Inventory of office supplies as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain company organizational documents such as cell phone listings, corporate directories, etc.
• Distribute office mail

The requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work independently
• Maintain customer service excellence
• Exhibit professionalism
• Must be detail oriented, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneDrive)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite platform and programs
