Renewal Memory Partners is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work in our Midtown Manhattan office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 9am-5pm. Join our mission-driven team and make a difference in the lives of older adults living with cognitive change!

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative assistance for all departments (Client Services, Operations, HR, and Senior Leadership), including tracking and ordering supplies and greeting guests and new hires.
  • Foster and contribute to a warm, friendly, and supportive office culture and environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Assisting with the Client Services call queue (redirecting calls, answering simple questions).
  • Assisting HR with creating ID cards for new hires.
  • Assisting with weekly Care Partner Orientation on Thursdays. Liaise with all departments to ensure candidates move through the flow of the day smoothly.
  • Facilitating Zoom meetings to connect new hires with a remote tech specialist.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Our employment is selective. Strong candidates possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not required.
  • White-glove approach to client and employee relations. 2+ years’ experience in client relations or hospitality a plus.
  • Connection to Renewal’s mission, especially lived experience with the Alzheimer’s and dementia care journey, a plus.
  • Tech-savviness to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook email and calendar, Zoom, and a digital phone system, with the ability to help others access these platforms as needed.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated team-player.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • All persons hired are subject to a professional reference check.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
