Responsibilities and Duties:

*Answer phones; speak with callers about various matters

*Call clients and potential clients about various matters

*Discuss service with potential clients and quote prices / Client acquisition and onboarding

*Enter and update client records in customer relations management (CRM) software

*Schedule clients and technicians for service

*Deal with issues concerning clients as they arise

*Document systems and procedures, working with a variety of CRM and other programs and apps

*Track leads, wins, sales opportunities and strive to meet and outperform growth goals

*Assist General Manager and Owner in various projects

*Occasional errands

*Miscellaneous research

*Inventory control and purchasing

*Other miscellaneous tasks as the need arises

Requirements

*Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)

*Must be comfortable explaining service processes and assuming the sale

*Must have ability to quickly learn and adapt to new softwareplatforms

*Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

*Must be well organized, detailed oriented, able to multi-task and work well under pressure

*Must be able to prioritize tasks and complete with accuracy

*Must be dependable, on time and willing to go above and beyond

*Must have planning and problem solving abilities

*Must have excellent customer service skills

*Must have energetic and positive outlook, able to evolve and cheer fellow staff upward and onward

*Must have valid driver’s license, own vehicle and auto insurance

*Must have stable and consistent work history and great references.

Salary and Benefits

*Hours: Monday through Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 3pm

*Pay range $16 to $20 per hour
