This in an onsite / in-office position working Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm EST


This is a general administrative/clerical position which supports all product lines, performing a variety of tasks related to physical or electronic claim tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Electronic claim tasks may include researching documents to upload to various systems, forwarding emails to assigned claim manager
  • Update claim information including changes of address
  • Log and research returned checks
  • Send out correspondence to customers
  • General filing functions – filing claim documents into physical claim files, archiving files to the warehouse and retrieving files upon request.
  • Managing requests for printing documents, converting to pdf, and uploading to the claim system
  • Serve as back up to other Admin staff
  • Maintain spreadsheets and tracking information
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

$35,000-$55,000
