Were searching for an semi-experienced, living on site apartment manager for an attractive, gated completely renovated, all 2/1 20-unit complex with pool in Phoenix Az. The candidate will be able answer calls, show vacant units, keep the ground clean, post notices on residents doors, (eviction, late pays, notices and such), takes residents calls for repair requirements, and report to the owner.

We are offering a free rent (worth $1,600/M) plus bonuses($275 per rented apt)
