Assessment and Curriculum Coordinator (SGPS) Job at Elizabethtown College
        The School of Graduate and Professional Studies is currently accepting applications for an 
        Assessment and Curriculum Coordinator (ACC). The ACC is responsible to support all curriculum development and revisions, along with program assessment data collection and coordination within the School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS) at Elizabethtown College. The ACC will support the Director of Professional Programs (DPP) with curriculum and assessment management, collaborating with all SGPS teams, SGPS faculty, and the college’s Teaching and Learning Design Studio. The ACC supports professional learning by actively researching curricular trends, assisting with the development, and analyzing program outcomes. The ACC reports to the Director of Professional Programs of SGPS.

        Job Duties
       
 
       ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- SGPS
          Curriculum and Pedagogy Support
        
        - Supports the DPP with the development of new programs and courses, along with the faculty, by assisting with necessary approval proposal documentation development, syllabi creation, and course design management.
 
- Supports curriculum revisions based on identified needs from internal/external assessment results, requests by faculty, and/or the direction from the SGPS Leadership Team or DPP.
 
- Maintains all academic program-related documentation including master course frameworks and syllabi.
 
 
         · Supports the DPP to ensure all curriculum development and revision align with adopted distance education standards, assessment data, and accreditation criteria.
        
        - Verifies consistent application and maintenance of those standards and methodologies across programs.
 
Assessment Support
- Sustains the assessment cycle for each SGPS program.
 
- Compile data on program outcomes, quality indicators, course evaluations, student surveys, and faculty surveys to share with the DPP and Associate Dean.
 
          Cross-Campus and Internal Office Collaboration
        
        - Collaborates with and supports the SGPS team: deans, staff, admissions, and academic advisors.
 
- Collaborates with the Director of Professional Programs with curriculum development, revisions, and program outcome data analysis.
 
- Support and collaborate with the instructional designer with instructional technology needs.
 
- Serve on Academic Assessment Committee.
 
          Faculty Learning and Development Team
        
        - Communicates with faculty by providing reminders, and updates, and seeks suggestions when appropriate and/or requested.
 
- Collaborates with subject matter and industry experts to assist with curriculum development.
 
- Assist the operations team with securing faculty resources and materials.
 
          Reporting & Teaching
        
        - Bi-monthly progress reports to DPP
 
- Other reports as requested by the Associate Dean
 
        Required Qualifications
       
 
       
         Education and/or Experience
        
        
          Master’s degree and a minimum of three to five years in higher education programs with significant experience developing distance education online curriculum, instructional technology, program assessment, and managing projects.
        
        Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
         This position requires a valid driver’s license for business travel purposes (the individual must have a US driver’s license for at least three years; a motor vehicle record check will be run and the incumbent must pass the College’s MVR rating system).
