Harvest Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Denham Springs is a skilled nursing facility offering all private room to our residents. We are currently seeking applicants to fulfill the role of Assistant Administrator.
The ideal candidate will act on behalf of the administrator in his/her absence, be completely knowledgeable of facility policies, procedures, job descriptions, bylaws, staff, residents, and activities of the facility. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulation and established company policies and procedures.
You must have a valid Nursing Home Administrator License to Apply
Responsibilities:
Represent the facility to the community, residents, and families.
Listen to and properly react to complaints and concerns.
Inform the administrator of activities that take place in his/her absence and the action taken.
Regularly inspect the facility.
Maintain good communications, rapport, and relationships with departments.
Order supplies and equipment as authorized.
Complete reports as required.
Other Duties assigned to you by the Administrator.
Must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
