Davenports is looking for a qualified individual to join their team in the capacity of Assistant General Manager. This person will be hardworking, dedicated, experienced in high volume restaurant/bar operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualified candidates will possess:

• 2+ years experience with P&L knowledge
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• 2+ years of kitchen experience helps but not required.
• Ability to establish and execute superior business operations
• Experienced in strategic forecasting and cost controls
• Act as an ambassador for the vision, the brand and the direction of the Company
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that leads by example from the top down
• Supports a culture that focuses on the guest experience and cultivates an environment rich in the integrity of food, beverage, and service
• Experience with scratch kitchens and working alongside Kitchen Managers
• In-depth knowledge of current HR laws and best practices
• Emphasizes ongoing training and development of 8 Managers and 60+ staff
• One weeknight day off one day off during the week.
• 50-55 hours a week Set schedule every week
• The lastest closing shift is 10:30 on Friday and saturday
• the rest of the week is 930
