Hudson Grove Property Management is looking to add an Assistant Regional Manager to join our company working either onsite at our various communities or from our corporate office within a non-smoking office setting. We are located in Lakewood, CO, a suburban location with free parking, next to the 6th Avenue Freeway and 2 blocks away from the “W” or West Light Rail Line.
You will support regional management, providing job-specific guidance and support to our Community Managers, helping them achieve and exceed in their role. This position also includes assisting the Director and other Supervisors with special projects as needed.

- Total Compensation range, including bonus, depends on experience: $70,000 to $85,000
What You Will Be Doing
1. Develop collaborative relationships with our on-site teams located within the Metro Denver area:
- Work toward becoming our internal expert and first point of contact for our new and long-term Community Managers
- Identify opportunities to mentor and train them to maximize their productivity and efficiency
- Help them resolve issues or concerns they may have, and escalate matters to regional management attention as needed
2. Provide on-site coverage for communities in between Community Managers
3. Learn about our communities, helping to ensure they are clean, maintained, and well cared for
4. Reference your experience to help regional management assist our teams in achieving acceptable levels of occupancy, renewal and market rates, unit turnover, delinquency, and to limit overall turnover for our communities
5. Help in the development and then adherence to annual budgets for each community
6. On a rotating monthly basis, support efforts to maximize NOI by reviewing financial, delinquency, and weekly reports of our communities
7. Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
8. Help to develop and implement retention initiatives for both our team members and our residents
9. Participate in the due diligence process during the acquisition of new properties
10. Perform other duties as assigned

Specifically, our Assistant Regional Manager….
- Has experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi & Rent Café.
- Has experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar)
- Brings Industry Certification(s) such as CAM, CAPS, ARM, etc
- The ability to speak and write Spanish is a plus!
- Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire
