Palmercare Chiropractic currently has 21 locations in Virginia, Maryland, DC, New York, Georgia, Colorado, and Texas.
We are a Wellness based Chiropractic clinic that is out to help Chiropractic grow in the community and become a leader in the healthcare movement.
We believe in Personal Development and are constantly working to help our doctors grow personally and professionally. We have weekly video calls with the entire team to train (half on personal growth, half on getting better and better at what we do), every other week video calls with the doctors, once a month 3 to 4 hour trainings, once a year we go to a cabin with everyone to write goals, and we attend continuing education as groups to help us better implement.
We have our own billing company, CFO to help with finances and statistics, a COO to help with systems and procedures, a hiring process, a training process, and so much more.
It is our goal for the doctor to be the doctor, to constantly grow, and to be well known in the community. Our pay is always one of the highest base salaries in the area, and the upside on percentages is exponential as you grow.
