We have developed a one-of-its-kind coaching curriculum that will guide you through each and every step to becoming an elite strength & conditioning coach. We have developed this curriculum over the last 15 years to prepare coaches to make a tremendous impact on those around them.

Allegiate is a group-based strength training gym. We have an extensive program that takes the latest in sports science and combines it with time-honored training principles to bring a professional training experience to the public. We use innovative tracking tools from ForceDeck, NordBord, Functional Movement Screen, GymAware, Bridge, and BodyMetrix to track our program end-to-end. This gives our coaches the tools to make accurate decisions on the program at every moment.

Allegiate is growing fast and is seeking qualified coaches to provide a safe and effective training program to each of its members.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes.

Allegiate allows our coaches to learn and earn at the same time. Your first step with Allegiate is essentially a paid mentorship program. Getting familiar with all the tenants of high quality strength training takes time. While you are making your way through our curriculum and being trained in what coaching at Allegiate means, you will be compensated as a regular employee. Thereafter, you will have a choice as to whether Allegiate is the right place for you.

All of Allegiate’s Lead Coaches and Regional Coaches started off as Associate Coaches. The strength of Allegiate’s coaching program is based on aligning incentives in the development and improvement of our individual coaches. You will be consistently challenged to make yourself and those around you better. That development does not go unnoticed and or uncompensated. If you choose to leave and pursue other opportunities, recommendations from Allegiate have landed several jobs in the NFL, Division I football and basketball Programs, and full time Head Strength Coach positions at the high school level.
