Piazza Nissan of Ardmore is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to join our team of professionals for our Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week.

A valid State Driver’s License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR:

· Greeting and assisting customers with service write up

· Handling incoming and outgoing appointment setting and service calls

· Assisting Service team with day to day operations of the department

· Reviewing repairs and invoices with customer and collecting payment as needed

· Complete follow up as directed with guests for Customer Surveys

· Ensure proper documentation is completed to comply with regulations and standards

· Generate service repair orders

· Motivate Service Technicians

· Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills

· Make recommendations based on time and mileage

· Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance

· Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
