Bakery Assistant Job at Great American Steakhouse
Bakery assistant provides assistance to the Bakery Manager in supervising department staff. Aims to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction by aiming to meet and exceed customers’ expectations of the department.

Under limited direction from head baker and from kitchen supervisor, mix ingredients to make and bake bagel dough, cookie dough, crusts, toppings, icing, and other prepared goods. Completes any special orders as required.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Closely follow daily lists, see attached. Responsible for cleaning bakery equipment by closely following daily and weekly cleaning lists. Responsible for organizing products in preparation for baker.
KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:
General knowledge of mixing and making baked goods is preferred. Must be able to function under limited supervision. Must have Food handlers card. Able to communicate verbally, and understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
