As a Chatime Team Member, you create the Chatime Experience for our customers by providing a worldwide standard of customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Chatime.

-A can-do attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty

-Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.

-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

-Maintains a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and the ease of locating resources and product as needed.

-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

-Consistently provides quality beverages for all customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards of Chatime.

-Follow Chatime’s operational policies and procedures

-Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment usage.
