We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Barista or Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have worked in an experience-oriented coffee shop or small/growing bar programs with excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will also be able to effectively lead a team of their peers and have an eye for latte art/cultivating a memorable bar experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of espresso-based drinks using the proper technique, including steaming, layering, and texturing the desired amount of froth.
- Create a variety of cocktails and be knowledgeable about liquors, beers, and wines. We are a classic-focused bar with a few craft cocktails.
- Must be trainable to do both bar and coffee bar. Tipshare is paid accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
