Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bar, work areas; and equipment.
- Establish good rapport with guests through conversation and mannerly appropriate gestures.
- Maintain knowledge of drink ingredients; drink preparation methods; and guest preferences.
- Follow company policies and procedures and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws while performing all duties of the position.
- Learn job responsibilities to prepare for shift management opportunities.
