The Plumbers Union Local 12 Trust Funds is hiring for positions in benefit plan administration. Candidates should possess experience in human resources, data entry and customer service. The Local 12 Trust Funds serve over 3,500 participants and their eligible dependents. The Funds, located in Dorchester Massachusetts, administer defined benefit pension, defined contribution retirement and health and welfare benefits. This is not a remote working position.
Candidates should have experience with computer technology to include complex data entry and data processing. Candidates must have experience with all Microsoft Office programs. Candidates must be able to collaborate with others in a team environment and possesses:
Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills for data entry and analysis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable accountability to the best interests the plan participants
Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to problems.
Ability to work through complex issues.
Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
40 Hours per week in office, free onsite parking.
8:30AM-4:30PM M-F
Starting Salary at $55,000 with an employer paid comprehensive benefit package.

Education: Associate degree (preferred)
