Job Details for Benefits Specialist:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 830AM-5PM
- Pay Rate: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
- Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities & Description for Benefits Specialist:
- Employee engagement and relations - Answer any benefit related questions
- Running open enrollment
- Partnering with benefit brokers
- Work with all benefits compliance, leaves of absence, FMLA
Job Requirements for Benefits Specialist:
- Must have previous experience working with open enrollment
- Must have experience working in HRIS reporting
- Benefits Administration
