We are looking for a new Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish Bilingual) at a gymnastics facility in the Lake Nona area (7466 Narcoossee Rd Orlando FL 32822). We are currently looking to fill three shifts: Wednesdays 4pm-8pm, Thursdays 4pm-8pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm. There are opportunities to pick up/cover shifts and the option for more shifts in the future. However at this time it is only about 12-15hrs per week
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be expected to have great customer service skills and be good with children. Your duties will include scheduling customers into classes, taking payments and follow up with outstanding balances, answering emails, answering and making phone calls, selling our classes to new customers, custodial duties, handling payments, and more.
Our receptionists are expected to keep up with a daily cleaning list. This includes: sweeping and mopping the floors, deep cleaning bathrooms, wiping down furniture, cleaning windows, etc.
No experience is necessary, but polite and effective communication skills are a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
