Job Description/Responsibilities

• Time cards/ run reports and sync to foundation
• Keep attendance book updated.
• Set up job numbers for quoted work
• enter budgets on quotes
• Must make sure all billings go out in a timely manner and the invoices are accurate.
• Insure proper payment terms are on each invoice.
• Service and quoted billings
• Price up tickets recieved from the technicians
• Prepare all invoices for customers
• Make sure the ticket hours and time card hours match
• turn in expenses for technicians.
• enter change orders
• keep accurate customer records
• Make calls to customers who are delinquent on their bills and make payment arrangements if necessary and only if approved by manager.
• Termination checklist
• Enter/ issue purchase orders to all technicians
• other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years project service coordinator expirence.

· Must have clean and neat appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
