POSITION SUMMARY
The Facilities Engineer Is an entry level support position for the daily operation of the campus, without an expectation of past engineering experience. This position receives active guidance from the Facility Team and requires technical skills to assist with planning and documenting maintenance tasks to support the team. The Facilites Engineer 1 must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote a safe and healthy workplace for Barton Malow Team Members, vendors and visitors
Ensure the overall appearance of the facility (Inside/outside) Is exceptional
Assist with plannig scheduled maintenance tasks
Utilize the facilities maintenance web-based software
Support meeting space planning and setup as required
Assist and document routine Inspections of building systems
Receive/schedule maintenance requests from Team Members
WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB CONDITIONS: Travel for project assignments may be required based on Company needs.
