Atlantic Yacht Basin is a small business in Chesapeake, VA. We are supportive, rewarding, collaborative and our goal is to hire a specialized detailer who will be responsible for the cleaning, polishing, and waxing of boats from sizes of forty feet to eighty-five feet in length..

We are looking for an experienced Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for boats. The Detailer will be responsible for cleaning and detailing boats, both hull sides and superstructure, to ensure that they are presentable and in top condition. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work quickly and efficiently, and be able to follow instructions precisely.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail the hull side and surperstructure of large boats, forty feet and longer.
- Some interior cleaning maybe required too - vacuum carpets, clean windows, and wipe down surfaces.
- Check for any damage to the boat and report it to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols when using cleaning products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
