The Aloft OKC Bricktown is looking for a reliable Breakfast cook to provide excellent service to our guests. Must be an early riser, as breakfast shift run from 5am - 11am.

We are looking for an experienced morning breakfast cook to provide an exceptional dining option to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare a made-to-order breakfast with quality ingredients while practicing good hygiene techniques.
• You will be responsible for all prep, taking food orders, preparing food, delivering, and clean up.
• Check food supplies, order what is needed and make sure food is available for breakfast the next day.
• Wrap and label all food properly, and clean the kitchen and all work areas.
• Assist with the catering prep for meeting groups and the bar.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Past cooking experience preferred, but we can teach.
• The candidate should be well versed in Serv-safe guidelines and practices.
• It is very important to be organized, self-motivated, prompt, and dependable.
