Our client is looking for an individual that is an expert-level PrismHR user. They should expect to work on-site in their HQ office. The position will include client facing conversations with internal and external clients.

Business Analyst
Position Summary:
Business Analyst supports internal and external users including clients on various applications, processes, and utilities. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst are to help with the Payroll Software’s operational analysis and research to help shape the direction of the company. This will involve ad-hoc projects, reports and analysis as well as regular analysis of operations. The position is service-oriented and interfaces with all aspects of the organization. The BA requires strong quantitative skills and troubleshooting skills to tackle complex problems and tasks specific to the PEO industry.

Job Functions
  • Work with internal and external users of Prism and Prism Web Edition to understand the users’ needs and identify action items.
  • Learn various other 3rd party software applications to provide the best support to users.
  • Report defects to the software vendor and manage resolution of those defects.
  • Attend all training sessions and webinar that are provided by PrismHR
  • Perform testing of patches, upgrades, custom codes in QA.
  • Provide training of Applications when needed
  • Create and Support the job scheduler and fix when there is an issue with scheduled jobs.
  • Analyze processes, create documentation of processes, and maintain the document library.
  • Coordinate and become a liaison between Company and the software vendors.
  • Lead research projects to examine specific operational questions.
  • Work with PEO Clients to troubleshoot issues they may be having
  • Provide training to new team members.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or 5+ years combined experience and education
  • Must have application knowledge of PrismHR for minimum of 2 years
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge required
