Job Title: Part-Time Business Analyst (Social Media, Community Manager, Investor Relations)

Job Summary: As a Part-Time Business Analyst for our clean tech company, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, serving as a community manager for our large crowdfund shareholder base, conducting list building and outreach for institutional investors, and overseeing overall investor relations responsibilities. This position requires a strong understanding of social media strategy, community management, and investor relations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as is prior business experience. The role will be partially remote and partially in person at our office located in West Hollywood. Compensation will be $30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to promote our clean tech company and engage with our audience.
  • Serve as the community manager for our large crowdfund shareholder base, responding to inquiries, managing discussions, and fostering positive relationships with our shareholders.
  • Conduct list building and outreach activities to identify and connect with potential institutional investors, utilizing various tools and techniques.
  • Assist with overall investor relations responsibilities, including managing investor inquiries, preparing investor communications, and supporting investor meetings and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices related to social media, community management, investor relations, and clean tech industry developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, legal, and operations, to support company objectives and initiatives.
  • Assist with other business analysis tasks as needed, including data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, community management, and/or investor relations, preferably in the clean tech or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Prior business experience, such as in sales, marketing, finance, or operations, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work partially remote and partially in person at our West Hollywood office.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $30 per hour.
