SERVPRO of Minnetonka is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team. Read below for details!
- Actively manage and grow accounts in a large, pre-existing customer base as a sales account representative through route stops and cold calling to commercial contacts
- Play a key role in the organization’s growth by developing and executing strategies to increase referrals and maintain relationships with clients
- Strengthen and cultivate relationships through regular office visits, lunch and learns and involvement in industry trade groups
- $50,000-$60,000 Base depending on experience
- PTO

- A high level of personal responsibility, honesty and empathy
- 2-5 years Sales and Marketing experience preferred
- Cold calling experience a plus

Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
