What You'll Do:
As a Business Process & Data Specialist you’ll work to identify and recommend opportunities for improvements related to complex systems, data storage, processes, and services that lead to improved quality, service and/or expense reduction. You’ll be leading and coordinating major components on a project through implementation and may serve as a project manager.

Here’s a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
  • Drive change and ensure documentation of implemented solutions within the business area.
  • Maintain and create standards for managing client, sales, product, data, etc.
  • Lead and coordinate major components on a project through implementation and act as data/process subject management expert.
  • Provide project updates to key stakeholders and senior management and provide timely project status reports, ensuring project outcome meets expectations.
  • Implement new policies, procedures, workflow approaches, and system enhancements and facilitate the roll-out of new solutions.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to internal and external customers.
  • Run reports, analyze data and provide information as required.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as needed.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of related experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of data management practices, information systems and investment/mutual fund products and territory management strongly preferred
  • Solid consulting, interview/fact-finding, problem solving, decision making, communications, and project management skills.
  • Strong Excel and accounting skills or experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence others and drive results
  • FINRA registration may be required
  • FINRA Series 99 may be required
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently and with people at all levels in the organization
  • May need to become an associated person, which requires fingerprint and a full background check.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. We’re open to hiring remote. However, if you reside within a 50 mile radius of our site office in Folsom, CA or our home office in Des Moines, IA we will offer a hybrid arrangement featuring a blend of both office and remote work in a typical workweek.
