What we ask for:

-Be a licensed real estate agent (it is okay to start the process to get a license - we can certainly guide you through the steps; you do however need a license to start with us).

-Be ready to Take advantage of the various opportunities and training provided to you

-Be a team player. (We share everything that can help our fellow agents. If you have knowledge that can help your fellow agents, share the wealth.)

-Be ready to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere! (We're electric and love it!)

-Have a smile on your face and being albe to prospect and follow up a few hours out of each day.

Job Type: Contract

Commission base pay making it truly up to you on how much you make.

Your sphere of influence you make 80%

Leads from Simplicity Realty, Inc. you make 50%

Op-City leads you make 40%
