The Dieringer Research Group, Inc. (The DRG) has helped its customers improve products and services by collecting consumer opinions through professional interviews for over 45 years. In our Call Center, our Research Interviewers conduct telephone surveys by reading scripted questions to targeted members of businesses or the general population. At times, we also recruit people to attend one of our focus group events at our offices in Brookfield, Wisconsin. At The DRG, individual excellence and collective success are rewarded and celebrated. Summary

As a Call Center Research Interviewer, you will engage people to complete opinion research surveys over the phone in our call center. The position offers a part-time, flexible schedule, and you will have the ability to set your own schedule between 12 and 29 hours per week. We have both daytime and evening hours. There is the potential to work remotely after completion of our onsite training period. We provide rewarding opportunities for growth and development, and a $500 signing bonus!

Primary responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner
• Reading scripts to collect consumer opinions on various topics
• Recording opinions accurately with a strong attention to detail
• Working efficiently with profitability in mind

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience needed
• Computer navigation experience
• Typing skills >25 WPM

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions
