Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and compassionate individual to join our team as a Sober Living Home Employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to residents of our sober living home, creating a positive and safe living environment, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor residents, ensuring that they follow all house rules and regulations
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, helping them to cope with any challenges they may face during their recovery
- Enforce a drug and alcohol-free environment, conducting regular drug tests and searches to ensure compliance
- Facilitate house meetings, group activities, and other events that promote a sense of community and connection among residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress, and report any concerns to management
- Manage the daily operations of the house, including cleaning, maintenance, and meal preparation
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations as needed, following established protocols and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents at all times
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on policies and best practices related to addiction recovery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of addiction recovery principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and respect confidentiality
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
