Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and compassionate individual to join our team as a Sober Living Home Employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to residents of our sober living home, creating a positive and safe living environment, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor residents, ensuring that they follow all house rules and regulations
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, helping them to cope with any challenges they may face during their recovery
• Enforce a drug and alcohol-free environment, conducting regular drug tests and searches to ensure compliance
• Facilitate house meetings, group activities, and other events that promote a sense of community and connection among residents
• Maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress, and report any concerns to management
• Manage the daily operations of the house, including cleaning, maintenance, and meal preparation
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations as needed, following established protocols and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents at all times
• Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on policies and best practices related to addiction recovery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of addiction recovery principles and practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and respect confidentiality
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
