Caribou Coffee @ DIA is hiring Baristas. We are looking for flexible schedules with shifts starting as early as 4am. Morning and Evening Shifts needed. Team Members are the first people to greet our guests and play an important role in providing superior customer service!

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour *Tips Included*

What We Are Looking For:

• Candidates who are enthusiastic about working within a Colorado-based company;
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction;

• Upholds a professional and approachable style and presentation;
• Takes guest orders and payment using the Point Of Sale (POS) system;
• Prepares beverages and serves food products according to set policies and procedures;
• Flexibility in daily tasks and responsibilities;
• Previous experiance as a team member, crew member, Coffe Master, lead, cashier
• Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures;
• Executes Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards and procedures;
• Must be at least 18 years of age & able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines;

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.

The only exceptions to being vaccinated are verified and approved medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs.
