Position Title: Skill Carpenter

Marzilli Construction, Inc., a custom home builder and remodeler, based in Hammonton, NJ, seeks an energetic, self-motivated skilled journeyman carpenter experienced in residential construction. Individual will report to the project manager

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to read construction drawings & documents.
• Have strong knowledge of all phases of residential construction.
• Individual must possess good communication skills.
• Maintaining job safety at all times
• Maintaining a well-organized and clean job site
• Perform the following carpentry work: Exterior finish carpentry, interior finish carpentry, cabinetry installation and general carpentry
• Interface with other carpenters to ensure successful projects.

Essential :

• Must be highly skilled in carpentry
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation
• Do not apply if you are not a skilled carpenter with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Unable to provide three (3) professional references at time of the interview.

Project Locations:

• Haddonfield NJ and surrounding area
• Ocean City NJ and surrounding shore towns.
• Marzilli Construction Inc. Office is located in Hammonton, NJ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay range based on experience Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience

Health insurance - Up to 50% of the employees health insurance cost is paid by Marzilli Construction, Inc.
