Overview:
Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fielded systems; tracks supported units inventory, prepares order quantities, tracks resupply activities; performs operations and maintenance. Performs a variety of functions including maintaining, repairing, and operating facilities and/or equipment. Communicates with customers and vendors in person, electronically, or by telephone. Manages multiple programs, tasks, and customers. Performs technician tasks related to CBRN equipment and systems. Data input for work orders into Logistics Information Systems.
This position requires US Government US Citizenship.

Our Logistics and Mission Support Division is seeking a CBRN Technician I to join a team in Abingdon, MD in support of United States Army Reserve CBRN Response Element.
Selected, qualified candidates will perform the following:
Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fielded systems; tracks supported units inventory, prepares order quantities, tracks resupply activities; performs operations and maintenance. Performs a variety of functions including maintaining, repairing, and operating facilities and/or equipment. Communicates with customers and vendors in person, electronically, or by telephone. Manages multiple programs, tasks, and customers. Performs technician tasks related to CBRN equipment and systems. Data input for work orders into Logistics Information Systems.

Maintain equipment located within the USARC warehouse assigned to sustainment and refresh contracts

Travel to supported units locations to conduct sustainment operations -
Prepare purchase requisitions to procure equipment needed to sustain equipment sets within the LIS -
Receive, inventory, and ship equipment to and from warehouse, unit, or repair facility. -
Maintain equipment records within a Logistics Information System (LIS) -
Conduct equipment reset operations to refresh the equipment sets to like new condition -
Travel up to 50%
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2-4 years' experience in CBRN Equipment maintenance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Self-starter
- Team Player
