What You'll Do

CATERING STAFF

• Participate as a busser, server, or tray passer at event to meet all client needs
• Arrive on time, dress professionally, and come prepared to work
• Busser
  • Set tables, arrange and replace silverware, replenish beverage glasses, observe cleanliness and safety regulations, and clean up after events by clearing the tables
  • Constantly be on the lookout for dirty glassware and trash and make sure everything stays clean and tidy.
  • Ensures a hygienic and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
• Server
  • Provide professional, efficient, and accommodating service to event guests
• Tray Passer
  • Distribute and serve finger foods and desserts event guests
  • Ensure the event runs smoothly and all guests are attended to

BARTENDER

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for client events
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Ensure a smooth event from start to finish
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check client identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay client focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Create a fantastic, unforgettable experience

BRAND AMBASSADOR

• Act as a brand advocate for the client at the event
• Promote client brand or product with skill, knowledge, and charisma
• Point person for event interactive activities, simulators, VR experiences, and demonstrations
• Event setup and teardown
• General event support
• Curate strong business relationships at the event to improve marketing efforts for client
