Certified Medical Assistant/RMA Job at Annapolis Internal Medicine
Our busy, highly respected Internal Medicine office is seeking an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our dedicated team! The position we are hiring for is for 40 hours a week, working in our main office, with the option to telework. Clinical duties include, but not limited to greeting patients in a friendly and caring manner, obtaining vitals, performing electrocardiograms, spirometry testing, nebulizer treatments, nasal swabs, urinalysis and other tests as ordered by the physician. The candidate will also be responsible for administering injections and oral medications, cleaning and stocking exam rooms, sterilizing surgical equipment, completing prior authorizations, and other administrative assignments in accordance with HIPAA and office policies. **Requirements**Candidates must have completed and passed the exam to earn his/her CMA/RMA certification , have a minimum of two years clinical experience and a typing speed of 40 WPM or higher. Reliability and flexibility are key. We utilize Athena as our EMR.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
