Position Responsibilities:
- Cultivate joy, team spirit, and creativity on the Human Resources team.
- Coach and guide senior managers in designing and implementing strategies that ensure ServiceNet is a great place to work and to grow a career.
- Oversee all aspects of employment: from talent acquisition and onboarding to compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and labor relations.
- Continuously review the market for best practices, anticipate employment trends, and develop plans to stay ahead of the curve.
- Participate in all aspects of union negotiations / grievances; where your listening skills, expertise, and capacity to see the full picture serve the process well.
Credentials / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business.
- SPHR and/or CEBS certification.
- 5 - 10 years experience within Senior Leadership level roles.
- Sound knowledge of Massachusetts employment law and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
