Summary:
ServiceNet is an innovative mental health and human services agency that employs 1,600 staff members in more than 100 programs across western Massachusetts – all of whom are working together to help people live their lives to the fullest. We are seeking an experienced, visionary leader to join our senior team and to expand our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have equal parts passion for our mission to the communities we serve, and for nurturing a workplace culture that is safe, healthy, inclusive, and creative.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate joy, team spirit, and creativity on the Human Resources team.
  • Coach and guide senior managers in designing and implementing strategies that ensure ServiceNet is a great place to work and to grow a career.
  • Oversee all aspects of employment: from talent acquisition and onboarding to compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and labor relations.
  • Continuously review the market for best practices, anticipate employment trends, and develop plans to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Participate in all aspects of union negotiations / grievances; where your listening skills, expertise, and capacity to see the full picture serve the process well.

Credentials / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business.
  • SPHR and/or CEBS certification.
  • 5 - 10 years experience within Senior Leadership level roles.
  • Sound knowledge of Massachusetts employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
