Cleaner (FT) Job at NGB Property Management
NGB Property Management located in Albany, New York is a Property Management Company serving the Capital Region for more than 10 years in all aspects of property management and real estate. We are currently looking to expand our Operations Department with the addition of a cleaner with maintenance experience.
The Role:
- Besides completing cleanings of our properties consisting of all-size apartments, houses, and common areas, you would be completing maintenance tasks to help with the turnover of our properties in preparation for new residents or sale of the properties.
Examples of these tasks are:
- Painting.
- Preparation of the properties.
Cleanings would include a specified list of items to complete such as:
- Shampooing of carpets.
- Dusting.
- Vacuuming.
- Cleaning of appliances.
- Cleaning hardwood floors.

Qualifications:
- You must be able to work independently and take instructions via email, text, and phone.
- A smartphone is required.
- Compensation is based on experience.
- Fuel reimbursement is provided after 90 days (up to a specified amount).
- Health care available.
- 1 week PTO, accrued at the time of hire.
- Full-time minimum of 40 hours per week, overtime at time and half available.
- On-call rotation with additional compensation.
Work Setting:
- We have properties throughout the Capital District (Saratoga, Albany, Latham, Schenectady, Troy, Cohoes Selkirk).
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- You will have access to company vehicles if your tasks require them.
