We are currently looking to add to our team a Client Services Representative at Benefects, an Acrisure Agency Partner. As a client services representative, you will deliver support to clients responding to their inquiries in a timely manner, assisting with claims questions, and keeping data bases up to date. You will contribute to client growth, client retention, and to our overall team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Support, responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely fashion

Health Benefits Quoting – Small Groups

Compliance Document Creation and Management

Benefit Enrollment for clients using BenAdmin platform and carrier portals

Understand client needs and identify products and services to address them

Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure exceptional client service

Education and/or Experience:

College degree preferred. High school diploma or the recognized equivalent in experience, required

1+ year working with data bases, client support, and employee benefits a plus
Technology Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Previous knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zywave a plus but not required

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
