Clinic Operations Supervisor Job at Park Nicollet
The Supervisor, Clinic Operations provides leadership, direction, organization and administration of daily business processes and frontline clinic operations. This position works in collaboration with the Clinic Manager, Clinic Medical Director (CMD), and/or Supervisor, RN Operations. The Supervisor provides strategic leadership and support to help ensure the success of their designated site’s financial performance, quality goals, patient experience, team engagement and workplace safety.
Education/Experience:
5 years of experience in a health care setting.
Preferred:
Four-year degree, BS/BA in a health or business-related field
Special Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Licenses:
- Proven leadership skills in organizing, planning and directing an operation and its staff.
- Ability to effectively build relationships and communicate, both verbally and in writing, with patients and families, and other team members.
- Outstanding judgment and analytical skills, and ability to make immediate decisions when necessary.
- Ability to understand, implement and monitor care improvement, patient experience and quality processes.
Additional Information:
The Clinic Operations Supervisor position is a 1.0 (40 hours per week) salaried straight day position at Plymouth Park Nicollet Primary Care Clinic located on the corner of Hwy 55 and 10 in Plymouth. There are 15 Providers that work at this location and continue to grow. We serve both pediatric and adult populations. This role is responsible for leadership direction of 12 team members supervising the daily business processes and front line clinic operations. The front line team supports the care team 7 days per week. This position works in collaboration with the Clinic Manager, Clinic Medical Director (CMD), and/or Supervisor, RN Operations. The Supervisor provides strategic leadership and support to help ensure the success of our clinic site financial performance, quality goals, patient experience, team engagement and workplace safety.

Our clinic is a new two story building with a beautiful view over looking a natural DNR habitat. We offer free parking, electric car charging. We are fortunate to have many other serve lines that are located with our building and work closely with .
