First Nurses is expanding our current telehealth services to include a Lake Oswego, OR physical location in June.

We are looking for an experienced RN to join us in the full time role as our Clinical Office Manager. Under the guidance of the mission, vision, and cultural beliefs of First Nurses, the Clinical Office Manager oversees and participates in the operating of the clinic.

Location: Lake Oswego, OR and Remote

Compensation: Hourly pay for this role starts at $37/hour. Higher rates are available based on experience and qualifications.

Reports to: CEO. This is an upper level position with a newer clinic. The Clinical Office Manager may have the option for future promotion to an executive office based on performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clerical and clinical tasks as needed
  • Solving customer service issues
  • Keep and organize clinic records
  • Improve the quality and efficiency of patient care
  • Working with vendors for supplies and equipment
  • Communicate with staff and executives
  • Recruit, hire, and train nurses
  • Create and manage work schedules for nurses
  • Create goals and objectives for nurses
  • Evaluating nurse performance
  • Establishing and updating clinic policies and procedures
  • Ensure the clinic is compliant with current laws

“Must-haves” Required Qualifications and Skills include:

  • Associates or Diploma in Nursing
  • Unencumbered Active Oregon Registered Nurse licensure
  • COVID vaccinations current
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 1 month of hire
  • Must pass a Level II Background Screening
  • Experience with one or more electronic health record (EHR or EMR) system(s)
  • At least one year experience in a RN role
  • Personal Integrity

  • Emotional intelligence
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Two or more years in a leadership role
  • CCMA Certification
  • Risk Management Certification
  • Computer software proficiency
  • Ability to work well with a variety of health care professionals and patients
  • Experience with delegating and supervising tasks
  • Clinical and clerical training and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work flexibility

Salary and Benefits
