About Us:

Riverstone Machining, LLC is a family-owned CNC machining company located in Fox Lake, WI.

In 2022, we completed a state-of-the-art building addition which doubled our capacity. In addition, we purchased many new pieces of equipment and merged our Sun Prairie, WI operations to Fox Lake.

We are growing! We are looking for experienced machinists or those eager to learn a new trade. We will train candidates who are willing to work hard to become an experienced machinist!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Run a CNC lathe or mill by loading/unloading parts, operating the control panel and verifying dimensions are to tolerance.

. A more experienced candidate is also responsible for performing set up procedures, tool adjustments and offsets, and creating/editing machine programs.

· Ensure parts are to quality specifications via the use of micrometers, calipers, and gauges and record readings as required.

· Aid continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.

· Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

· Help others as directed.

Qualifications and Skills

· Previous machining experience is a plus but not required

· Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

· Willingness to learn and take direction

· High attention to detail

· Self-motivated

· Strong team player with a positive attitude

· Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds regularly

· Able to stand for majority of shift

Hours

· First Shift- Monday-Friday 5:30 am-2:00 pm

· Flexible shift start/end times available
