As a Community Resource Agent with MobileTroops inc. you will be responsible for direct community outreach and talking to community members about the state and federally administered programs available to assist them in saving money. You will be the face of our organization, building relationships with residents and helping them understand the benefits available to them.
We specialize in helping low-income residents get access to programs that help them save money on essentials such as healthcare, cell phone, internet and utility services. Our goal is to connect these families with resources that will improve their quality of life and help them save money in the process.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds. Most of all you should have a passion for helping others and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A background in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
