ISN is seeking a Partner/Director to oversee the performance of Compliance Reviews and Specialized Reviews, which includes AdHoc Analysis, Forensic Analysis and Default Analysis of issuers participating (or applying for participation) in the Ginnie Mae MBS
program that is vital to the integrity of the programs. The purpose of conducting the Compliance Reviews is to determine if issuers are in compliance with Ginnie Mae’s program requirements.

• Must have strong mortgage banking, audit and/or compliance experience, including a demonstrated knowledge of Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA and RD mortgages and securities programs.
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in planning, coordinating and directing work similar to that required to be completed in the mortgage industry.
